The mission of Bossier Council on Aging (BCOA) is to provide services to the senior citizens of Bossier Parish that will enhance their quality of life and enable them to live independently and with dignity.
Some services include information, assistance, home delivered meals, homemaker, transportation, National Family Caregiver Program, recreation and utility assistance.
The BCOA is a non-profit organization funded by federal, state, and local governments as well as donations and contributions. We have been providing services to Bossier Parish seniors for over 30 years.
